Returned Goods Policy

What is pdentalinc.com's return policy?

Any product return must be pre-approved by P dental supply, inc. The packing slip and the shipping carton must be clearly marked with a return goods authorization (RGA) number issued by P dental supply, inc. or the package will be refused. Please refer to the original order number and the date of the order when requesting a return. Sterile products must be in unbroken packs with seals intact. All other products must be returned in the original packaging. Items with a cost of less than $20.00 are not eligible for return. For returns based on a P dental supply, inc. error, shipping charges will be fully absorbed by P dental supply, inc. and there will be no restocking fee. All other returns will be subject to a 25% restocking charge. No items will be accepted for return 30 days after the original invoice date.

How do I submit my order?

Begin by clicking the CHECK OUT button once all items you wish to purchase are in your Shopping Cart. At this time you will be required to Proceed as Unregistered, Create an Account, or Proceed as Registered . Either is quick, easy, and intuitive to do. Make any necessary changes to your order, shipping address, billing address, payment method, etc... as you follow the prompts through the short checkout process. Once all changes have been made, you will click the SUBMIT ORDER button to send your order to pdentalinc.com.

 
Immediately upon a successful completion of your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation Number online, with a detailed invoice being sent to your email address within seconds. Warranty Information

What warranty do pdentalinc.com products carry?

All P dental supply, inc. products carry a full manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. All BOB and Surgical Tools German-manufactured dental instruments are warranted for 7 years against defects in materials and workmanship. All Medicon and Miltex German-manufactured dental instruments are warranted for life against defects in materials and workmanship. All other products come with the manufacturer's warranty, unless P dental supply, inc. has offered an extended warranty in writing. Any item found to be defective will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of P dental supply, inc. and shipped to the customer free of charge. Any product return must be pre-approved by P dental supply, inc., who will then supply a return goods authorization (RGA) number and shipping instructions.
